Involved in Design/Development Together with Sales Team
The Production Department must produce a planned amount of products by the deadline while ensuring the benchmark quality. Our work starts from designing and trial manufacture rather than from the production line in the plant. Every product is order-made until the trial manufacture stage but eventually undergoes mass production in the plant. That is why we should consider factors such as product durability and production efficiency in the designing and trial stages and make every possible preparation to cope with any irregularities in the production line environment.
In other words, manufacturing depends critically on feedback from the production line; therefore, members of our Production Department together with their coworkers from the Business Department visit the customer from the very beginning of a business project. To obtain satisfactory products, we not only discuss with the design team but respond promptly to plan modifications and rearrange the production process for cost reductions.
