Glass wool products excel in heat insulation and soundproofing.
The glass wool products are made by blowing melted glass using centrifugal force to create cotton like made from fiber. A small amount of binder (phenol resin) is then used to harden it. The fiber is 4 to 8 microns in diameter and up from only 10 microns length. The glass wool that is nonflammable material is used for variable products such as insulation, noise proofing, moisture retaining and filters. The main use is for residential insulation materials. AITECH uses thermal pressure molding on the glass wool to create insulation for use in the driver's seat and engine room and for sound proofing materials.
