AITECH is also striving to expand the potentials of its blow molding, glass wool and production lines and is building a new production line to use new materials from abroad in collaboration with a Japanese capital partner, Toyota Tsusho Corporation, and our overseas partners. We are eager to expand our business fields and production lines.
We at AITECH are aiming to manufacture products our customers will be happy to buy and use. First, we observe ISO 9001 to reduce defective products by managing order receiving, designing, production and shipment. We utilize FMEA to identify problems before production, solve the problems, and realize problem-free production start.
AITECH has entered a technical license contract with plant operators in India and Malaysia to utilize its design and analytical technologies in overseas production. We are providing the overseas partners with technical assistance in product designing, analysis, and mold manufacture.
Trim lndia P. Ltd
With its $576 billion GDP and 1.3 billion population, India is a highly promising market. AITECH’s Indian partner, Trim India P. Ltd., has been producing automotive parts at New Delhi and Gurgaon in Northern India since 1995. We are extending our blow molding and other technologies to Trim under a collaboration contract.
Permintex Group
Permintex Holdings is a Malaysian corporate group operating in wide-ranging industries including biotechnology since 1992, and has six member companies in the automotive industry alone. Under a collaboration contract AITECH is providing the Permintex Group with technical assistance in auto part production.
