AITECH has been engaged in the production of automotive parts with blow molding and glass wool molding as two main business lines. Our CAE technology, applied to the designing of blow molded and glass wool products, has been enjoying high appraisal in overseas markets and has resulted in overseas production contracts with the licensee partners in India and Malaysia. Additionally we have developed light, robust and sound-absorbing products using a new material originated from Switzerland, and we have entered the new business fields of water heaters and beds for nursing care so as to expand the potentials of our blow molding technology.
One of the tools we use to keep our design quality high is CAE technology based on our original programs, which enables us to predict blow molding thickness distributions by CAD and perform strength analysis using the data on thickness distributions. Because our simulation very closely approximates reality, we can develop a quality product faster at lower cost.
